Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
(90 minutes – 70€ – the massage is done on futon on the floor)
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (Kusum Modak method) is a comprehensive dynamic treatment that is born from the union of two ancient disciplines of Indian origin, Yoga and Ayurveda.
Yoga asanas and breathing, combined with massage, produce an enormous state of well-being, looseness in the joints, range of motion and a healthy and flexible back.
AYM treats the individual as a whole, using detoxifying oils and root powder, to relax and at the same time stimulate vital processes, rebalancing in particular the musculoskeletal, immune and circulatory systems, increasing the body’s purifying capacity.
It restores elasticity and amplitude in joint movements to the body, relieves chronic tension and muscle contractures caused by a prolonged increase in muscle tone over time.

The immediate effect will be the sensation of a gradual opening of the entire body, the dissolution of tensions, the release of mental, physical and sometimes emotional blockages, an increase in flexibility and a realignment of the body.
The practice of deep breathing techniques stimulates the flow of prana, helping the recipient to deepen assisted yoga positions and increase awareness of their body.
AYM also uses a very ancient technique originating from Kerala, which consists of pressing on certain points of the body with the feet.
This relaxes deep muscles and provides a delicate effect of stimulating blood circulation, delaying the aging process.
